Nathaniel Putnam brings a unique blend of clinical rigor and experiential wisdom to his practice as an ecotherapist, social worker and group facilitator.
Nathaniel’s approach includes a mix of narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practice complimented with somatic, expressive arts, natural-based spirituality, and ecotherapy.
Nathaniel also specializes in the Celtic shamanic healing arts received from his teachers in Ireland and has advanced training in psychedelic integration support
Nathaniel accepts most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum and Point32 Health insurance plans, along with a sliding scale for private pay clients for some of his services.
